“When we decided to build a house, we didn’t know any builders and didn’t have any referrals to rely on. So we did some research and identified three candidates. One was a small builder, the next was a local builder, and the third was Lange Building Company. After meeting all three, we realized that the first builder could not build the house we wanted, while the second one did a very poor job of following up on our meeting. On the other hand, Chris was right on top of everything and his response time was fantastic. We felt comfortable with him and envisioned that we could work well together, and we did. He was willing to accept our input and also made many excellent suggestions that we incorporated into the house. He knows his business inside out, he’s very “hands on”, and he employs excellent subcontractors. Every subcontractor told us they would not travel all the way to Farmington Hills for any builder other than Chris. To us, that was a very nice endorsement! We like to work directly with business owners because that gives us a straight line to the decision maker without any middlemen. You were also able to have custom iron window sills made and iron connectors for the bar along with the galvanized bar itself.
